Charter granted by the Supreme Magus, William H. Koon, II, IX°, KGC. It follows its own Ordinances and Regulations which limits its membership to only 72 in number. The SRICF is a research society whose primary purpose is to enhance the Masonic Education of our members, expand their knowledge of the ancient mysteries, and have a better understanding of the world at large. Meetings, in part, are composed of speakers and papers presented that are submitted for publication in the SRICF "Fama". Membership is restricted to Master Masons of the Christian Faith, and by invitation only from their peers.

The College convenes four times a year near the Solstices and Equinoxes for its Convocations throughout the state of Texas.
